Duty Manager - TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre

From August until September 2009 I worked on a casual basis at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre, located in Manukau, Auckland. As Duty Manager I was responsible for managing event set up, and act as the general contact person during events. The events centre facilitates events like concerts, corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and weddings. The two main venues are an arena with a capacity of 4000 people and a theatre with a capacity of 700 people. Furthermore, there are several foyers and function rooms which can be used for smaller events.
