Rehearsal dinners
In October-November 2009 I took photos of rehearsal dinners at Austin’s Food Design Events. These dinners are held to present menus to clients. After the chefs prepared the dish in the kitchen, it has to be presented to the client as quickly as possible. This only gives me a maximum time of one minute to the take photos. With this short amount of time and a kitchen full of fluorescent lights it is a challenge to make tasteful photos.
